Sheri Schieber has been passionate about fitness since her college days, where she began teaching step aerobics, spin, and kickboxing classes. In 2003, she shifted her focus to yoga, earning her initial certification through Yogafit, followed by a 200-hour Yoga certification. Sheri believes that yoga is a vital complement to any fitness routine, enhancing recovery and reducing the risk of injury. Outside the studio, she works full-time in medical sales, bringing the same dedication and focus to her professional life. Sheri also has experience leading bootcamp classes and is CPR certified, although she admits to needing to stay current with her certifications.
