
ABOUT: Peter is a lifelong fitness enthusiast with a drive for helping others. Born and raised in the Dallas area, Peter has spent his personal training career in the Preston Hollow and Highland Park area catering to a higher-end clientele. Growing up, Peter played varsity tennis in high school and college, and still occasionally plays in a men’s USTA 4.0-4.5 league. Outside of training, Peter designs and builds luxury custom gyms, and is a dedicated husband and father of 3 boys. When not working, he likes to spend time with his family, host cookouts for his neighbors, and help coach his sons’ sports teams.

TRAINING EXPERTISE: With Peter’s root beliefs around fitness being for the purpose of extending the health and quality of life, Peter specializes in removing obstacles for his clients to reach their goals no matter what they are, breaking limiting beliefs around what’s possible with the capability of their body, and developing a passion for living a healthy and active lifestyle. Peter also specializes in effective habit change, developing athletic capacity, injury prevention, building muscle and bone density, and body fat loss.
