ABOUT: I’m a competitive powerlifter since 1976. I hold state, national and world titles in 3 different weight classes. Also, have numerous state, national and world records in both the squat and deadlift.
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS: Eastern Illinois University – Psychology, minor in Kinesiology; Certification through Cooper Clinic and Baylor
TRAINING EXPERTISE: My main area is strength and conditioning. I’ve trained athletes from the high school level through professionals.
