High-intensity interval training, or H.I.I.T, is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods, until too exhausted to continue. During your work intervals, you’ll be challenging yourself nearly to your max. This efficient workout is great for burning fat, increasing metabolism, and building a healthier heart.

I am past walking into a gym and figuring out what to work out that day of the week, so joining Joe’s HIIT class was perfect for me. It’s a 30 min class that really hits every area that I need to work on. It’s always a different class, and he always pushes me when I need it. And if I want a full hour, I hit Glenn’s class on Thursdays. Those two always give me a great a** kick!
