Pilates classes focus on developing core strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. These classes take place in a group setting using your body weight as the primary source of resistance. Focus is placed on precise movements originating from the core of your body. Working from the deepest layers of muscles that stabilize and support your spine and pelvis, Pilates results in a strong, flexible spine with ideal posture and alignment.

 

Andrea’s Pilates class is excellent for core strengthening. I also like her Pilates Matt class for the stretching of my muscles. I have been attending her class for several years and feel so much stronger and more flexible! It’s a great addition to cardio exercise and gives emphasis to strengthening your abdominal muscles. I love her teaching method!
